CPDM MEZAM II: SHUPONG MICHAEL MBAH A MAN OF PEACE AT THE HELM

The reorganisation process in the CPDM party in Mezam II has been described as a peaceful one despite the wranglings which ensued before the validation process which led to the coming of a new executive at the helm of the party in Santa.

Shupefo'o Shupong Michael MBAH the new section president in an exclusive interview disclosed that during his mandate, there will always be peace, unity and love existing in Santa.

He elucidated that "when we talk of genuine love, means we have to use all of our senses in favor of Santa implying that when we have to say anything, it has to be in favor of santa so much so that when we preach love, it should be genuine for when we have genuine love amongst ourselves then there is peace and when there is peace in the gate way into the region then there is peace in the North West region so others may learn from us". 

He further intimated that "when you look at someone like late Pa Simon Achidi Achu, they were always preaching peace, so we should not be the ones to bring division, hate amongst ourselves. The new philosophy of now and forward is to instill peace, unity and love and as well putting Santa at the forefront to ensure its development. One of my philosophy will be to make my militants happy in the midst of difficulties".

The astute politician and CPDM dieheart had served as vice president in the era of JB Ndeh and has militated in the CPDM party for over 25 years and confidently stated that "I have lived all my life in Santa so I know all the militants even the new ones, I know when someone is angry and when happy, so I must findout when someone is angry and to bring peace so that we all live in harmony".

The born leader and achiever made it clear that he had been a grassroot militant and copied the example of Pa Simon Achidi Achu of communing with the common man, the needy for they are the people who give the right information. Inscribed in the new section president for Mezam II, Mbah Shupong's plan of action, is to work with the grassroot and not functioning with imaginations but working directly on the field so that the future of the party is guaranteed for a smooth future".

Talking about school resumption in Santa, the new Section president outlined that there are plans to see to it that children in Santa get education. "Whether you like it or not, the future generation may not be productive as some of us if they don't have the opportunity to go to school. It is my plea that no matter what is happening, our children should go to school for a better future. If we did not go to school then we will not have been occupying the positions we do now. The quest to go to school is a partnership between the teachers, parents and students and the community as a whole".

For his message to the militants of the CPDM party in Santa, Shupefo'o Shupong Michael Mbah appreciated them for the confidence bestowed on him and the team he will be leading. "We have good intensions and you will not regret to put us at the helm of the party given that it takes lots of confidence and trust for people to put you as their leader. I pray they continue to support my team and I so that the success at the end of the day should be that of Santa".

To note that, Shupong Michael MBAH is the fruit of good fortune that aided to lockout the SDF party in Santa. He has held many post of responsibility in the country and is currently the Director General of the North West Livestock Development Fund with french acronym CDENO. Born on December 22,1967 in Awing, Santa Subdivision in Mezam North West Region of Cameroon.

BAFUT SUBDIVISION: SOLDIERS SALUTED FOR JOB WELL DONE.

Materials recovered from Bafut  300 soldiers headed by Colonel Matiang Charles Alain have successfully carried out different operations in Bafut Subdivision one of the stronghole of separatists fighters in the North West Region.  For 6 days the soldiers were able to infiltrate some of the hideout of those who  referred to themselves as "Ambazonia fighters" Brigadier General Nka Valere  To access the operations, the Commander of the 5th Military Region, Brigadier General Nka Valere and the Commander of the 5th Gendarmerie Region, Brigadier General Ekongwese Divine alongside other top military officials in the Region were on the field on Friday May 1, 2020.
