MELODIOUS CHORALE INAUGURAL CONCERT MET THE STANDARD


Melodious Chorale on stage

Worshipers and Gospel music lovers in Bamenda have been inspired with choral songs during the inaugural concert of Melodious Chorale on the theme "Open heavens" on Sunday September 13, 2020 at the Alliance francais hall Bamenda, Cameroon

Melodious Chorale was created in 2019 by Mrs Warah C. Shiri  with the main aim to bring togather choral singers drawn from different denominations to jointly raise their voices in singing praises to the Lord and equally creating a platform for choristers to showcase their talents in music.

"Being someone who have always been passionate about music and presenting the best to God first and then to audience, this motivated me to create Melodious chorale... when I got the vision, I presented it to my husband who bought it and since then have been very supportive. I casually presented it to Mr Ndundat Festus(Music Director) not knowing that it was a divine direction, I was amazed with his reply. We are here today celebrating the inaugural concert of Melodious  Chorale because of what he has been able to do." Said Warah during the concert.

To grease the concert other Gospel Artists, Lili la belle voix, Shelter and Zita Light led the population into deep worship. The occasion also witness the presence of other choral groups in Bamenda who came to suport Melodious Chorale, an indication of unity which is a factor of strength. Highest Praise International, The Flames Choir, Choir of Angels amongst others were spotted at the event.

Worshipers left well fed, however their expectations is to attend another amazing outing of the Melodious Chorale in the nearest future.

The inaugural concert initially was to take place on Sunday March 29, 2020 but was postponed due to the outbreak of Corona virus.

BAFUT SUBDIVISION: SOLDIERS SALUTED FOR JOB WELL DONE.

Materials recovered from Bafut  300 soldiers headed by Colonel Matiang Charles Alain have successfully carried out different operations in Bafut Subdivision one of the stronghole of separatists fighters in the North West Region.  For 6 days the soldiers were able to infiltrate some of the hideout of those who  referred to themselves as "Ambazonia fighters" Brigadier General Nka Valere  To access the operations, the Commander of the 5th Military Region, Brigadier General Nka Valere and the Commander of the 5th Gendarmerie Region, Brigadier General Ekongwese Divine alongside other top military officials in the Region were on the field on Friday May 1, 2020.
