MODERATOR FONKI AND WIFE STANDING STRONG AT 36/30

Rt. Rev. Dr. Fonki Samuel Forba and Rev. Dr. Fonki Perpetua Celebrates 36/30 in Ministry and Marriage.

Inspired by the words from Jeremiah 29:10-11 the Synod Clerk of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon the Rev Miki Hans Abia during the Thanksgiving service of  the Fonki's 36th Anniversary in Ministry and 30th Anniversary in Marriage on Saturday October 7, 2023 at the Synod office in Buea, describe the Rt Rev. Dr. Fonki Samuel Moderator of the PCC and the Rev. Dr. Fonki Perpetua, National Communication officer as the perfect plan of the Most High God and an example for other couples to follow.

Both started their Pastoral Journey in 1987 and later got married on the 27th of March 1993. For 36 years the Moderator of the PCC and Wife have impacted Millions of Christians this testifies the massive turnout of Christians, family friends and well wishers at the Thanksgiving service.

The Rt. Rev. Dr. Fonki Samuel Forba during the Thanksgiving  service renewed the vows he made 30 years ago to the Rev. Dr. Perpetual Fonki while promising to be with her and supporting her alongside their two kids till dead.

The dynamic Chief Shepherd of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon, the Rt. Rev. Dr. Fonki Samuel since his election into the office of the Moderator in 2014 has greatly transformed the entire PCC with the construction of new schools, Hospitals and recently the erection of the new Synod office building baptised as Art.

Despite serving his last mandate as the Moderator of the PCC the Rt.Rev. Dr. Fonki Samuel Fonki and the First lady of the Church the Rev. Dr. Fonki Perpetua directed the funds raised during the Thanksgiving service to the construction of the block B of the Synod Office.

BAFUT SUBDIVISION: SOLDIERS SALUTED FOR JOB WELL DONE.

Materials recovered from Bafut  300 soldiers headed by Colonel Matiang Charles Alain have successfully carried out different operations in Bafut Subdivision one of the stronghole of separatists fighters in the North West Region.  For 6 days the soldiers were able to infiltrate some of the hideout of those who  referred to themselves as "Ambazonia fighters" Brigadier General Nka Valere  To access the operations, the Commander of the 5th Military Region, Brigadier General Nka Valere and the Commander of the 5th Gendarmerie Region, Brigadier General Ekongwese Divine alongside other top military officials in the Region were on the field on Friday May 1, 2020.
