A NEW DAWN IN NJINIBI AS FON MARCUS CHICK FOMINYAM IV TAKES OVER.

 The Fon of Njinibi HRH Fon Marcus Chick Fominyam IV has officially been presented to the administration of Momo and the population of Njinibi.

The presentation of HRH Fon Marcus Chick Fominyam IV to the administration and population of Njinibi took place on Friday December 16, 2022 at the esplanade of the Njinibi Fon's palace in the Presents of the Divisional officer of Mbingwe Central Sakwe Javis who acknowledge and recognized Fon Marcus Chick Fominyam IV as the Fon of Njinibi on behalf of the administration of Momo Division.

I came here to witness your traditional enthronement, because you have already been recognized by the administration. I am marvel with the population that has come out to be part of this history making event..." Said the D.O of Mbengwi Central.

To the new Fon, it is a memorable day for him and the entire population of Njinibi. Flanked by other Fons within the Meta clan, the new Fon of Njinibi HRH Fon Marcus Chick Fominyam IV called on the population of Njinibi and Momo Division as a whole to work together for peace to return thereby paving the way for development.

"Meta and Momo in general is very enclaved, we are begging on our brothers to stop all the hostility and come so that we can develop our division and stay together. All my brothers that are still in the bushes, they should come out and let's talk so that we can solve the differences. I've come to this throne with peace, development and togetherness in the entire Momo Division and Njinibi in Particular" said the Fon

Njinibi is one of the 23 villages within Mbengwi Subdivision in Momo Division, North West Region of Cameroon. HRH Fon Marcus Chick Fominyam IV  takes over Njinibi Village as the 18th ruler.

BAFUT SUBDIVISION: SOLDIERS SALUTED FOR JOB WELL DONE.

Materials recovered from Bafut  300 soldiers headed by Colonel Matiang Charles Alain have successfully carried out different operations in Bafut Subdivision one of the stronghole of separatists fighters in the North West Region.  For 6 days the soldiers were able to infiltrate some of the hideout of those who  referred to themselves as "Ambazonia fighters" Brigadier General Nka Valere  To access the operations, the Commander of the 5th Military Region, Brigadier General Nka Valere and the Commander of the 5th Gendarmerie Region, Brigadier General Ekongwese Divine alongside other top military officials in the Region were on the field on Friday May 1, 2020.
