AMONGST 350 TOWNS, NKAMBE GRABS 10TH SPOT OF CLEANEST TOWN.

 Since taking over the Nkambe Municipality, Mayor Musa Shey Nfor apart from being a developer, he has also proven that Nkambe town can be rated amongst the cleanest towns in Cameroon.

Mayor Musa Shey Nfor is Amongst the few mayor that is seen in his Municipality within the North West Region given the insecurity that has push several councils and their Mayors to relocate. After his elections as mayor of Nkambe, Musa Shey Nfor have not stayed out of Nkambe for more than a month.

He is spotted on daily coordinating works in the field, moving from one station to another within his municipality. 

"I am a man of the field, I was voted by the people and I have the mandate to serve them" said the Mayor

Amongst the activities he Coordinates will on the field is the clean up campaigns within Nkambe, this explains why the Municipality was recently recognized as the 10th cleanest town in Cameroon.

Prior to world habitat day, 350 towns were in competition with the town of Bertoua emerging as the cleanest town in Cameroon. Present in Yaounde on Monday October 3, Mayor Musa Shey Nfor received prize for the 10th cleanest  town in Cameroon amounting at FCFA 20,000,000

BAFUT SUBDIVISION: SOLDIERS SALUTED FOR JOB WELL DONE.

Materials recovered from Bafut  300 soldiers headed by Colonel Matiang Charles Alain have successfully carried out different operations in Bafut Subdivision one of the stronghole of separatists fighters in the North West Region.  For 6 days the soldiers were able to infiltrate some of the hideout of those who  referred to themselves as "Ambazonia fighters" Brigadier General Nka Valere  To access the operations, the Commander of the 5th Military Region, Brigadier General Nka Valere and the Commander of the 5th Gendarmerie Region, Brigadier General Ekongwese Divine alongside other top military officials in the Region were on the field on Friday May 1, 2020.
