The health expert said it the duty of the traditional doctor to course every case to the Gynaecologists and stay off any trials that could result to the lose of lives.  The regional chapter of SOGOC which is headed by Dr. Takang of the University of Bamenda UBa, he further explained,

"we are charged with enforcement of the visions of SOGOC in the reduction of maternal mortality and or other devastating effects lining reproduction as well as reproductive health provisions". He furthered that "the traditional practitioners should be able to stay away from patients who present with severe headache,  hypertension, bleeding and other complecated cases which could be life teasing".

He blamed some of the deaths from eutopic pregnancies to unauthorized ventures by practitioners. He highlighted the rural population as victims of the quarks, with youth and peer influence a matter of utmost concern and should be the duty of the herbalists to course the patients to experts i.e Gynaecologists.à
