Thurday's July 8 2021 event comes three years after the prefectorial order confirming the chief elect was signed by FAKO Senior Divisional Officer ,Emmanuel Engamba Lodeux on March 14 March 2018.

The newly enthroned 3rd class chief of Wovilla village holds a Philosophy Diploma, PHD,and he is an Associate Professor living in the United States of America. He is married and has children.

The Chief on the throne.

According to Bakweri tradition ,the chief would not see anyone for 7 days as he will stay in a secret shrine (NDABANDJOU) to pray for his ancestors to clean his face for a brighter future as he will continue from where his predecessor left it on November 12 2006, as the second chief of Small Soppo Wovilla.

The unhappy family members

It should be noted that the coronation ceremony took placed under tight security following protests from a fraction of the royal family who claimed that they have been cheated.

This fraction who belonged to the Lyongas staged a protest at the entrance to the palace while the ceremony was under way ,alarming that it was a" fake" coronation due to the suspicious absence of the administration.

Protesting with placards

While the Kanges are calling for peace ,the Lyongas says peace will only returned when the right thing which means following the rotatry chieftaincy between the two families in Wovilla village in Small Soppo Buea.
