Bamenda I market
According to the mayor, the population of his municipality depend mostly on the various markets downtown to buy foodstuffs, this to the detriment of the Bamenda I market which he says is the main source of income to the Council.
"I have noticed that inhabitants of my municipality spent a lot on transportation and time to go downtown and buy foodstuffs whereas they could just walk down to this market and purchase foodstuffs, For this reason, I am personally supervising the opening of the section which will host the food market that why you see this Carterpillar on the field" said the Mayor.
